Warranty Service Request Maintenance

Your home is covered by a Limited Warranty backed by Macfarlane Homes LLC. Details of this Warranty and Performance Standards can be found in Section IV of your homeowners Orientation Manual.

If you have a question as to whether a specific item may be covered, please refer to your manual. It provides an overview of your coverage and the performance standards used to evaluate specific items of coverage.

Requesting Warranty service

To request Warranty service from this Web site, simply complete our Warranty service request form.

You may also complete a printed form (provided in your homeowners Manual or download it here.) and mail or fax it to us. You should fax Warranty service requests to (425) 271-7805.

Upon receipt we will contact you within 1-2 business days to review your request(s).

In case of emergency

For emergency service, please call our office at (425) 271-7800 during business hours M-F 8am - 5pm. After hours and on weekends please call (206) 719-2631.

If you are unable to obtain a response from Macfarlane Homes, you may contact the subcontractor directly. See the Important Numbers in Section III of your homeowners Manual.

If the listed subcontractor cannot respond to the emergency, you may take necessary steps to cure the immediate effect and prevent further damage. Necessary repairs to correct a covered defect should be performed by Macfarlane Homes or it's contractors.

Macfarlane Homes Warranty defines emergency events as follows:

An EMERGENCY would be: (1) total loss of heat (not due to gas or power outage), (2) total loss of electricity (not power outages), (3) plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off, (4) Roof or siding leaks, (5) A situation that threatens to make the home unsafe, unsanitary or unlivable.
